Albert holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of South Florida and has over 30 years’ experience in engineering design, manufacturing and management in major multinational companies across various industries. He managed plants with over 800 employees and implemented projects to improve quality, efficiency and productivity. For the past 5 years he has managed capital projects from feasibility study, engineering design through to construction and has successfully administered numerous construction contracts for industrial companies and municipalities across the Greater Toronto Area.
Albert is a certified facilitator and coach who has extensive training experience across North America and internationally both in the private sector as well as with other organizations and Universities.
